Before dispatch
You can cancel any order from your account or by contacting us before it is dispatched. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
After dispatch
Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return under our Return Policy once it is delivered.
Cash on Delivery orders
Free cancellation does not apply to Cash on Delivery orders after dispatch. If a COD order is cancelled or refused after dispatch, the COD and delivery charges for that order will be added to your next order.
Cancellations by FuelEra
We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or failed payment verification, with a full refund where applicable.
