FuelEra is a multi-brand retail store. We sell products made by third-party brands; product formulations, labels and claims are the responsibility of their manufacturers.
Acceptance
By using fuelera.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Return, Refund and Cancellation policies.
Products & pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly before you pay. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification (or confirmation for Cash on Delivery). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraud or misuse.
Offers & referrals
Offers, coupons and referral discounts are valid only as described, may have limits or expiry dates, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if misused. Referral discounts are up to 5% on a referred customer's first order and cannot be used on your own referral code.
Cash on Delivery
Customers who repeatedly cancel or refuse Cash on Delivery orders after dispatch may be charged COD fees on future orders or have COD disabled.
Use of products
Use products as directed on the label. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, under 18 or with a medical condition.
Governing law
