Information we collect
Details you give us — name, email, phone number, delivery address and, optionally, date of birth — when you create an account, place an order, use a referral link, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us. We also collect basic technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, provide support, run the referral programme, prevent fraud and, only with your consent, send offers and newsletters.
Sharing
We share data only with partners needed to run the store — payment processors, courier partners and email services — and where required by Indian law. We never sell your personal data.
Payments
Card, UPI and bank details are processed securely by our payment partner. FuelEra does not store your full card details.
Security & retention
We use industry-standard safeguards. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We keep data only as long as needed for orders, legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can view, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time. For questions, contact support@fuelera.in with your order ID.
